Role Description The Operations Manager – Home Health Care will oversee the day-to-day operations of a home health care service, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient patient care delivery. This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves coordinating clinical and non-clinical teams, managing schedules, and optimizing resource allocation. The individual in this role will develop and implement operational policies, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across patient intake, care coordination, and field operations. They will collaborate closely with nursing staff, caregivers, physicians, and administrative personnel to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols. The Operations Manager will also handle budgeting support, vendor coordination, and reporting to senior leadership on service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management within home health care, healthcare services, or a closely related field.
  • Strong skills in workflow optimization, process improvement, and performance monitoring.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, including field and office-based staff.
  • Knowledge of home health care regulations, quality standards, and patient safety practices.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, electronic health records, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or professional certification in healthcare management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Riyadh and engage effectively with local stakeholders and partners.
