About the Role
The intern will support one of the most important projects in the management, coordination, and follow-up of instrumentation procurement activities.
Responsibilities
- Improve visibility, traceability, and coordination of instrumentation procurement, ensuring that all instruments are properly listed, assigned, followed up, documented, procured, and tracked until delivery.
- Support the TPM and project team by keeping updated procurement information.
- Supporting bidding follow-up.
- Maintaining vendor-related lists.
- Helping to guarantee that instrumentation packages are managed in a structured and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Active students from 6th to 9th period of the following specialities:
- Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering
- 30 hrs per week availability
Skills
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage large lists of information with accuracy and discipline.
- Attention to detail for technical, commercial, and procurement follow-up.
- Basic understanding or interest in instrumentation, electrical, automation, or control systems.
- Ability to coordinate information between engineering, procurement, vendors, logistics, and project management.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Capacity to track open actions,
- English proficiency, at least intermediate level.
