About the Role

At Publicis Sapient, we are accelerating digital business transformation by building the next frontier of Generative AI. We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong foundation in Engineering Management and deep technical expertise in Agentic AI.

You won't just be experimenting with LLMs; you will be architecting, deploying, and managing complex Multi-Agent systems and RAG pipelines that solve high-impact enterprise challenges. If you have a "production-first" mindset and thrive in the terminal, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Orchestration: Design and implement autonomous Multi-Agent setups using LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex reasoning tasks.
• Advanced RAG: Build high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, optimizing vector databases, retrieval logic, and embedding strategies.
• End-to-End Deployment: Own the full lifecycle of LLM pipelines—from fine-tuning and evaluation to containerization with Docker and deployment.
• Engineering Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code following PEP8 standards and ensure production quality through rigorous testing and documentation.
• Technical Leadership: Lead engineering management efforts for AI workstreams, ensuring scalable architecture and mentoring junior developers.

Your Technical Toolkit

• Experience: 4.5 – 9 years in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems.
• GenAI Mastery: Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning methodologies, and prompt engineering.
• Frameworks: 2+ years of hands-on experience with LangChain (knowledge of LangGraph is a major plus).
• RAG Expertise: Solid understanding of vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and semantic search.
• DevOps & Tools: Mastery of Python, Git, and Docker. Comfortable working extensively in the terminal.
• Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail and the ability to debug complex, non-deterministic AI systems.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work from our Gurgaon, Noida, or Bangalore offices 4 days a week.
