We are hiring a Program Manager — Banking & Financial Services to lead and scale our financial sector vertical.
This is not a coordination role.
This is a full ownership role—with responsibility across strategy, revenue, and impact.
🔹 What You’ll Own
- End-to-end ownership of banking & financial services programs
- Relationships with senior leaders across banks and financial institutions
- Program revenue, growth, and cohort quality
- Collaboration with global faculty and industry experts
- High-impact learning experiences for senior executives
- Translating real industry challenges into leadership solutions

- Banking strategy & digital transformation
- Risk, compliance & regulatory leadership
- Financial services innovation
- Leadership pipeline development
- Executive decision-making in complex financial systems
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or executive education
- Strong understanding of financial sector dynamics
- Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and execution capability
- Experience in leadership development or B2B relationship management (preferred)
