The Head of Content will lead our content team and drive impactful storytelling across all digital channels. This role is responsible for developing content strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Content, Creative, and Production teams.
  • Define content direction, brand voice, and storytelling framework.
  • Create content calendars and campaign plans across multiple platforms.

Content Creation & Campaign Management

  • Oversee content production for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Website, and E-commerce platforms.
  • Develop engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, KOL, and Performance Marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze content performance and audience insights.
  • Use data and trends to optimize content strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, social media trends, and competitor activities.

Team & Project Management

  • Manage internal content creators, editors, designers, and external agencies.
  • Oversee content production timelines and quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop team capabilities.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields

✅ 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, Creative Strategy, or related fields

✅ At least 2 years of experience leading a Content or Creative team

✅ Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing

✅ Experience in Wellness, Beauty, FMCG, Healthcare, Supplement, or Consumer Products is highly preferred

✅ Strong storytelling, communication, and project management skills

✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance
