【Overview】

Coordinate end-to-end the logistics process of export of customer orders, from receipt and conversion of the order in the internal system to final delivery, ensuring that the goods are reserved, transported, documented and delivered on time, with correct information and in compliance with regulations, serving as a link between the customer, product business units and freight forwarders / logistics suppliers.

【Job Description】

1. Customer order management and requirements confirmation: Responsible for receiving, reviewing and tracking daily customer orders. Responsible for converting customers' external orders into sales orders within the company's internal system and processing them, ensuring the accuracy of key information such as product model, quantity, delivery date and destination

2. Cargo reservation (booking) and transport organization: According to customer orders and shipping plans, responsible for driving each product business unit (BU) to carry out the request for quotations, price comparison and booking operations with the freight forwarders designated by the customer or selected by the company itself. Responsible for monitoring the entire process including confirmation of space, release of containers and bill of lading, ensuring that the goods enter the warehouse and are loaded onto the ships within the established time limit.

3. Shipping coordination and progress tracking: Collaborate with the central logistics planning platform to develop and execute shipping plans. Responsible for real-time tracking of goods in transit, keeping customers informed about logistical milestones, and properly managing unforeseen issues such as overselling of containers (rollovers), delays and customs clearance.

4. Document and data management: Responsible for organizing customers’ specific documentary requirements and communicating them accurately and in a timely manner to the coordination team of each product business unit (BU), ensuring regulatory compliance and the smooth flow of documentation. Responsible for reviewing the customer documents prepared by each product BU and delivering them to the customer on time. Responsible for collecting and issuing periodic logistics reports, and performing data analysis on order fulfillment rates, logistics costs and incidents.

5. Local warehouse reception and dispatch management: Responsible for managing local warehouse inputs and outputs, inventory monitoring and incident tracking and resolution.
