About the Role

Role: Project Manager – Workplace Renovation & Relocation (Technical Delivery)

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead workplace renovation and relocation (reno/relo) projects with a strong emphasis on technical delivery and execution. The ideal candidate will come from real estate / workplace services firms and must have hands-on experience in construction, fit-outs, and project execution teams (PDS/technical teams).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace renovation & relocation projects
• Drive technical execution including design coordination, construction, and fit-outs
• Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, and risk
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, MEP teams, and vendors
• Oversee on-site execution, inspections, and quality control
• Review design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage stakeholders across client, internal teams, and external vendors

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in workplace renovation / relocation / office fit-outs
• Strong background in technical/project delivery teams (PDS/construction execution)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Construction / fit-out execution
• Site coordinationVendor & contractor management
• Knowledge of MEP, interior fit-out, and commercial real estate projects
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale office relocation or workplace transformation
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification (good to have)
