Job Purpose:

Assess and incubate new revenue stream, new strategic capabilities and new GTM model that are value accretive to consumers, Nike and digital partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive assessment and alignment of long-term growth opportunities for Nike: e.g., next gen of digital, consumer-centric opportunities.
  • Identify and incubate new strategic capabilities: e.g., AI.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to activate strategy: e.g., incubate new consumer/sport experience via innovative way of working.
  • Lead PMO of critical forward-looking marketplace projects to facilitate alignment, track progress, build process, debottleneck operation and drive changes.

Requirements:

  • Master’s / bachelor’s degree
  • Strategic thinking & entrepreneur mindset, willing to explore and create
  • 5+ years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry
  • Fluent oral & written communication in both English & Chinese
  • Experience in leading business development / innovation and complex cross-functional projects
