About the Role

The Internal Audit Manager leads and delivers audits across the Hollard business and its partners. This role includes managing audit team members, allocating tasks, reviewing work, and providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality audit outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Lead and deliver internal audits across Hollard and its partners in line with the approved Audit Plan.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the audit universe, annual audit plan, and risk-based audit programs.
  • Identify, assess, and report key operational, financial, and compliance risks, ensuring effective controls are in place.
  • Prepare high-quality audit reports, monitor audit findings, and track the implementation of agreed actions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide audit insights to support risk management and business improvement.
  • Mentor, coach, and review the work of audit team members, ensuring compliance with audit methodology and quality standards.

About You

  • Extensive experience in internal or external audit, preferably within the financial services and/or insurance industry.
  • Professional qualification such as IIA, CPA, or CA, with current membership of a relevant professional body.
  • Strong understanding of audit, risk management, governance, and control frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead audits, build effective stakeholder relationships, and coach and mentor team members.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
