You’ll be joining a well‑established global CRO that partners with leading pharma and biotech sponsors across multiple therapeutic areas. They’re not one of the “huge” CROs here, which means you get the backing and study portfolio of a large organisation, with the feel of a smaller local team where people know your name, strengths and career goals.
Therapeutic areas and studies
The portfolio covers a mix of Phase I–IV studies across oncology, neuroscience, immunology, infectious diseases, vaccines, rare disease and general medicine. You’ll have exposure across multiple therapy areas rather than being locked into a single niche, ideal for CRAs who want to broaden experience and keep their CV future‑proof.

What you’ll be doing
- Conducting routine monitoring visits across your assigned sites, including site selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out.
- Building strong relationships with investigators and site staff as the primary point of contact for your sites.
- Ensuring studies run to protocol, SOPs, GCP and local regulations, with clean, reliable data and robust safety reporting.
- Working closely with global project teams and sharing on‑the‑ground insights to support timelines and quality.
About you
- Current CRA II with solid independent monitoring experience (18-months+).
- Comfortable working across multiple protocols and therapy areas, managing your own workload and priorities.
- Strong communicator who values honest relationships with sites and enjoys being part of a collaborative, down‑to‑earth team.
- Based in Australia with full working rights and the ability to travel for site visits as required.

Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 (inclusive of car allowance) plus super
