Product Development Specialist

Supports the execution and enhancement of digital solutions by coordinating product initiatives, managing roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery of new features that add value to customers. The role focuses on gathering insights from users, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction

Years of Experience : 0-2

Qualification / Major of Study :

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, HIS, MIS, or relevant fields
• Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Basic understanding of Product Lifecycle
• Basic understanding of Agile Methodologies
• Good understanding of UI/UX concepts is a plus
• Prior internships or experience in product management or business analysis is a strong plus
• Basic understanding of UI Design and Design tools (Figma or other tools) is a plus

Professional Certifications : Any relevant certification is a plus.

Industry Experience (Sector) : HealthCare Technology is preferred.
