About Us
Upcision is a performance-based B2B lead generation company. We generate inbound responses per day from outbound campaigns, then verify, qualify, and route those leads to clients on a CPL basis.
Role Overview
This role will oversee 40-120 inbound leads per day generated by marketing campaigns & will be responsible for the screening process into sales-qualified leads we send to clients. This is like an SDR manager role, but for inbound leads, and requires hands-on admin muscle and tenacious grit.
You own daily fulfillment execution, quality, and performance. If revenue slows, if leads sit, if quality slips, if agents miss steps, it is your problem to fix the same day.
This is a player-manager role. You will manage people and you will do the work when needed.

What You Own
- Daily Revenue Flow
- Ensure high-intent leads are submitted to clients quickly with correct routing, notes, and next steps.
- Ensure all other leads are worked aggressively via phone and email.
- Control speed to first call, follow-up volume, routing accuracy, and coverage.
- Make real-time decisions on prioritization and staffing without meetings.
Quality Assurance
- QA all lead submissions to clients.
- QA “not interested” dispositions to ensure leads were not mishandled.
- QA 100% of client returns the same day.
- Enforce dialing, email, and documentation standards.
- Maintain a single source of truth for SOPs that is clear and usable.
Performance Management
- Manage a team of 2 lead verifiers and phone agents.
- Own KPIs including win rate, connect rate, disposition rate, and time to first call.
- Coach underperformers fast or manage them out.
- Keep Salesforce clean, auditable, and accurate.

Who This Role Fits
You have:
- 3+ years running sales development, call center, lead generation, or fulfillment teams.
- Experience managing through metrics, not opinions.
- Comfort enforcing KPIs, standards, and having direct performance conversations.
- Experience with CRMs, ideally Salesforce.
- A bias toward action and fixing things immediately.

Reporting and Structure

Compensation and Benefits
- $2000 to $2500 per month base plus OTE
- Fully remote.
- PTO after 90 days.
