.We are currently seeking high-potential candidates to join our Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) Engineering team, reporting directly to the Area Supervisor

.

Position Mission: We are looking for an EDS Engineer to join our Engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of electrical distribution systems for major automotive customer

This role combines technical design responsibilities, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality engineering deliverables throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that customer specifications, internal requirements, and standards are properly applie

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

  • Develop 2D drawings, technical documentation, and production support materials for wiring harnesses using CAD/CAE tooLS
  • Interpret customer requirements, implement technical changes, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Project Coordination

  • Align engineering deliverables with project schedules and milestones.
  • Support internal planning activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Track and communicate project risks, opportunities, and status updates.
  • Lead or support design reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.

Quality & Problem Solving

  • Participate in quality management activities, internal audits, and customer claim investigations
  • Support root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness

Process & Compliance

  • Follow company procedures, health & safety regulations, and Lean/5S practices.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and customer engineering standards.
  • Maintain accurate work records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or a related technical field

Professional Skills

  • Strong proficiency in 2D CAD/CAE design tools.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of program management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Languages

  • Professional level of English (spoken and written),
