Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager, based in Liverpool. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and implementing best practices in clinical procedures. Key tasks include coordinating staff schedules, monitoring patient outcomes, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing guidance to the medical team. Collaboration with other departments and fostering a positive, efficient work environment will also be essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Nursing Management and oversight of nursing operations
• Strong foundation in Nursing and Critical Care Medicine, with sound clinical judgment
• Proficiency in Patient Care, ensuring excellence in bedside manner and medical service delivery
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine and healthcare industry best practices
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams effectively
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), with a Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment, particularly in a managerial role, is an advantage
