We are looking for "Reporting & Analysis Assistant Specialist” to join our team in Operation Department.
Who are you
- Manage end-to-end reporting and analytics processes for CX, Customer, and Seller Support teams
- Develop and continuously improve operational performance dashboards (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and share findings with relevant stakeholders
- Analyze core metrics such as NPS, CSAT, FCR, and AHT to identify improvement opportunities
- Interpret large datasets to proactively identify trends, issues, and areas of opportunity
- Develop automation and AI-powered solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand needs and deliver fast, effective solutions
- Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior management
What you'll do
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a passion for working with data
- Familiarity with data validation and data quality control processes
- Basic understanding of KPI definition and metric design
- Knowledge of data modeling and basic statistics (average, distribution, correlation, etc.)
- Good command of Excel / Google Sheets (advanced proficiency is a plus)
- Interest in or basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
- Eager to learn AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- High learning agility, adaptable, and open to continuous development
- Proactive, accountable, and driven by a mindset of continuous improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dynamic, solution-oriented, and highly organized in follow-up and execution
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a strong understanding of the bigger picture
