WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🧰
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager — and, more importantly, you've actually shipped and run a real product in production, not just managed it on paper.
- A track record of taking products from zero to launch and iterating on them with live users.
- Strong product discovery skills: turning user problems and data into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
- Comfortable working hand-in-hand with engineering and design throughout the build — you understand how software gets made and can speak the team's language.
- Data-driven decision-making: defining metrics, reading them, and acting on them.
- Experience with agile product development and tools like Git-based workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
