We are seeking an experienced Inventory Team Lead to oversee daily inventory control activities, ensure accuracy, and support warehouse operations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

How you create impact

  • Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Supervise and support inventory team members, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes of stock variances.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Collaborate with operations, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as needed.

What we would like you to bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse inventory control, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individua lpay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience,skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
