Project Manager – Build the Future of Our Expanding Operations

We’re expanding, investing, and modernizing — and we need a driven Project Manager who can coordinate people, timelines, budgets, and vendors to deliver high‑value capital projects across our manufacturing network.

You’ll oversee projects ranging from facility upgrades and utilities improvements to the installation and commissioning of advanced cable‑manufacturing machinery. This is a role for someone who enjoys orchestrating moving parts, solving problems, and ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly.

What You’ll Lead

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers to keep projects on track.
  • Support procurement activities, vendor selection, and contract coordination.
  • Maintain clear communication across all project participants to ensure alignment and transparency.

Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee day‑to‑day project activities and ensure milestones are met.
  • Be present on-site during critical phases to monitor progress and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track project performance, manage changes, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and financial impacts.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change logs.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to plant teams at project completion.

Technical Oversight (Light Engineering Interface)

  • Review CAD layouts and engineering documents to ensure project requirements are understood and executed correctly.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on equipment installation, utilities, and layout changes.
  • Support field activities by ensuring technical information is communicated accurately.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing large, complex capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners effectively.
  • Solid budgeting and cost‑tracking experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable being on-site during key project phases.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%, depending on project stage.
