About the Role:

Alfa Wave Agency is partnered with a rapidly growing wellness brand that empowers millions to transform their health through premium natural supplements, nutrition guides, and holistic lifestyle programs. With a strong focus on wellness and a vibrant, health-oriented culture, they are seeking a skilled Paid Media Buyer (Meta) specializing in Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive their acquisition efforts and scale performance-driven advertising campaigns.

As the Paid Media Buyer, you will own the end-to-end media buying process, from strategy and campaign execution to optimization and reporting. You’ll be instrumental in building processes, refining strategy, and delivering measurable results. Leveraging large budgets, you’ll focus on crafting high-performing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and generate exceptional ROI. Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day management of Meta ad campaigns across multiple products, from budget pacing and bid strategy to creative rotation and audience structure.
• Monitor daily performance and make real-time adjustments to protect margin and scale what's working.
• Build and iterate on campaign structures (ABO, CBO, Advantage+) with a clear testing framework.
• Partner with creative to bring, prioritize, and evaluate ad concepts.
• Stay up to date on Meta platform updates, eCommerce best practices, and digital advertising trends, sharing key insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience running and scaling successful Meta ad campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page best practices, and customer psychology.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
• Comfort using tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar MTA/attribution platforms.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for creative problem-solving and innovation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary ($110,000 - $140,000 DOE)
