What You'll Bring
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) — mandatory
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3–5 years as a Platform or Enterprise Architect
- Deep expertise across core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps
- Expert proficiency in platform security (ACLs, encryption), scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), data modelling, and integration frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, NOW Experience, Service Portal, ATF, Integration Hub, NowAssist and NowCreate
- Solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and enterprise data architecture
- Proven track record architecting large-scale, complex, and global ServiceNow deployments
- CAD and multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM) — valued but not required
- Familiarity with TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture frameworks — a plus
- Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies — a plus

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform across implemented and planned modules
- Lead the design of High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs) for complex, multi-instance or highly integrated environments
- Translate business objectives and technical requirements into concrete architectural blueprints
- Define, implement, and lead technical governance processes including Design Authority Board reviews
- Enforce ServiceNow best practices, design standards, and development guidelines to minimize technical debt
- Conduct technical risk assessments and ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements
- Design and govern secure, high-performance integration patterns between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
- Lead the governance of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM
- Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for architectural, performance, and security challenges
- Coach and mentor Solution Architects, Developers, and Implementation teams
- Present technical strategies and platform roadmaps to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimates, and statements of work
