Position Summary

The Associate will play a critical role in managing and executing cross-industry and

cross-functional executive searches, focused on managing and supporting executive search

efforts across various industries and functions. This role combines high-level research,

candidate relationship management, and project coordination to ensure the successful

identification and engagement of top executive talent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to develop a thorough understanding of the client's organization, including reviewing relevant media, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage the interview process and presentation of candidates to clients in partnership with the Senior Director, prepare candidate materials, manage candidate projects and pipeline development, build profiles in the ATS, and maintain strong relational foundations, ensuring smooth transitions and representing the N2Growth brand with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Research team to develop and execute strategies for candidate profiling, targeting, and sourcing, providing guidance on role requirements, feedback on sourcing efforts, and overseeing the creation of market research, scans, reports, and executive briefs.
  • Manage and report on desired engagement variables related to assigned searches (e.g., candidates sourced, geographies represented, etc.).
  • Demonstrate leadership and proactivity by identifying and solving problems for the benefit of teammates, clients, brand followers, and the firm.
  • Represent the N2Growth brand with professionalism and integrity in all activities.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned by Directors as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in contingency or retained executive search at the Associate level or higher.
  • Ability to handle a full search load of up to 6 engagements at one time.

Travel Expectations:

  • 1-2 trips per year.
