This is a relationship-driven sales role. You'll be connecting with educators, understanding their goals, and helping them launch international travel programs with their students. What you'll do

  • Reach out to teachers across the country
  • Manage your own pipeline and sales cycle
  • Understand and address teacher needs
  • Hit activity targets and sales goals without losing the human touch
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams, and solve problems proactively
  • Help build the playbook as we grow

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Empathy, curiosity, polish, and a service mindset
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • A passion for international travel and education
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely and wearing multiple hats
  • Experience in educational travel is a significant plus

This is a sales role, but we're open to candidates with an account management background who are comfortable with a hybrid of selling and account management at first, transitioning into a full account management role as we continue to grow.

Compensation

Base salary plus uncapped commission, commensurate with experience. Candidates with significant educational travel industry experience will be considered for meaningfully higher starting compensation.
