About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and service-oriented Enterprise IT Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day enterprise IT operations of our growing tech-enabled services organization. This role will serve as a key internal operational resource responsible for employee technology support, endpoint and device lifecycle coordination, onboarding and offboarding workflows, SaaS administration, access management, and broader enterprise IT operational processes across the business.
This role is focused on day-to-day enterprise IT support, operational coordination, and consistent execution of internal technology processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing internal technology operations across a remote organization. As Vector continues bringing enterprise IT operations further in-house, this role will help support and coordinate internal technology processes across employees, systems, and external vendors
The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting modern cloud-based business systems, identity/access workflows, and endpoint management processes within a primarily Microsoft 365 environment.
The ideal candidate should also be comfortable operating within a compliance-focused environment and understand the importance of adhering to established SOC/security controls, operational procedures, documentation standards, and access management best practices.
This role will work closely with the Vice President of Technology within a highly collaborative but structured environment. The position is primarily focused on operational execution, responsiveness, consistency, and strong follow-through across established workflows, priorities, and procedures.
The position is fully remote within the United States.

Compensation
The compensation for this position is competitive and ranges from $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, eligible candidates may receive profit units as part of Vector's comprehensive compensation package. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process. This is a remote position. You can work from home, or we will cover the cost of a co-working space in your area.
