EuroCham Vietnam is looking for a Project Executive for the EU-funded project South-East Asia IP SME Helpdesk based in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Project
EuroCham Vietnam has been implementing an initiative of the European Commission called the South-East Asia IP SME Helpdesk (SEA HD). The SEA HD supports European SMEs / intermediary organisations to both protect and enforce their intellectual property (IP) rights in or relating to South-East Asia through the provision of free information and services.
Main Duties
> Special responsibility in the delivery of the SEA HD project:
- Manage the enquiry database (FRESHDESK) in a streamline format, verify and update data on a regular basis. Support in organizing training events, i.e. arranging logistics in partnership with the stakeholders’ network and securing IP experts.
- Manage contracts and administrative arrangements for external experts/ IP consultants.
- Design banners, promotional materials, and other graphic assets for project events, campaigns, and communication activities.
- Support in developing IP materials and publications.
- Selection of IP news and highlights for the monthly newsletter.
- Take care of purchasing and subcontracting activities of the project.
- Support in budget management of the project.
- Support in drafting technical and financing reports.
- Support in drafting reports related to the project activities (trainings, trade fairs, matchmakings, awareness raising events).
> Carry out communication tasks on social media, website, newsletters and targeted campaigns.
> Coordinate travel arrangements for project activities, including booking flights, accommodation, and other travel-related logistics for IPR team members.
> Assist with other tasks as required by the Project Manager.
Job Requirements
Education and Training Background - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Communications, Law and Policy or related fields.
Work Experience
- At least two years of relevant work experience as a project executive.
- Work experience in a chamber of commerce, an international NGO, an EU-funded project, or a law firm is an advantage.

- High standards of integrity, professionalism and personal discipline.
- Knowledge in legal and trade matters plus interest in IP are an advantage.
Languages
- Fluent written and spoken English, fluent in Vietnamese.
- Good knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
Software and Package Skills
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Skills with software, databases and design tools (i.e. Canva) are preferred.
