Job Responsibilities
• Lead a multidisciplinary team for the development of new business in the sensor solutions market in China
• End-to-End responsibility: from market and application analysis, customer mapping and opportunity creation, business case preparation, product development tracking and Go-to-Market and revenue growth
• Building understanding of sensor markets and applications and mapping them to technologies and competences, with the purpose of enabling new business opportunities
• Build market and application eco-system and leverage in business development strategy, with focus on China local suppliers
• Creation of business plans including all details of the development: market analysis, application, product cost, customers, revenue forecast…
• Building a long-term strategy based on successful business opportunities
• Close interaction with Product Marketing, Sales and Distributors, System Solution Engineering, R&D, procurement and any other department which is required to support the creation of new opportunities and bring them to revenue
• Direct report to the VP of China Development Center for BU CMOS Sensors and ASICs
• The percentage of traveling is about 30%
Qualifications
• Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a technical degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in sensor interface integrated circuits applications and MEMS interfaces for industrial, automotive and consumer markets
• Proven experience in enabling business from zero to significant revenue
• Proven experience in the understanding of sensor markets and applications
• Ability to understand technical topics related to sensor solutions and product development
• Strong drive to lead activities in uncertain environments and outcomes
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution: excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
