Role Overview:
Our Jewelry Consultants provide an exceptional experience for every customer. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will guide the customer through the life of the sale through our engaging sales platforms. These team members assist our customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line. By meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, this team creates personalized experiences while sharing the happiest moments of our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Jewelry Consultant, you’ll guide customers through a personalized sales experience using our luxury product line.
- Create meaningful, personalized interactions with customers via calls and chats
- Drive sales and achieve individual and team goals
- Provide expert guidance on jewelry options, from diamond settings to gemstones
- Actively respond to customer inquiries while ensuring a luxurious experience
- Stay informed and engaged with customer feedback to improve service"
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of solid customer service experience in ecommerce/retail or similar environment
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
- Team player with a drive to make a difference in the jewelry industry
- ERP/CRM experience and a degree are a plus
Schedule:
- TBC (but has to be flexible i.e including weekends and night shift with 2 days off)
