Position Overview
We are seeking three (3) Project Managers with a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification to lead and oversee IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The role is responsible for project planning, team coordination, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring. The successful candidates will support infrastructure upgrade initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive project success using Agile, Scrum, and SDLC best practices.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Assembles and manages project management team, in coordination with the Research and Development Department
- Manages the project team's engagement and productivity
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats;
- Constructs workflow charts and diagrams by writing specifications and studying system capabilities; Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications;
- Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures;
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, elements and budget;
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions;
- Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate, models;
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports;
- Creates informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends;
- Prepares and submits documents such as, but not limited to, Weekly, Monthly, Annual, Other report that may be required;
- Ensures strong relationship with clients; and
- Supports and participates in Human Resources activities, such as but not limited to the following: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Offboarding
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
- With at least 3- 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Strong knowledge of the project management cycle and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Must be willing to travel in and out of Metro Manila
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have experience in Managing infra Upgrades
- Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Required)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Work Setup: Hybrid Setup
Duration: 3 months
