General Overview of the Job:
The primary goal is to supervise the team and ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved as agreed with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely updates to the team's manager on overall performance and immediate concerns that require action.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities and execution of the team’s processes assigned ensuring that standard operating procedures are completely followed.
- Handles coordination of all processes within the team.
- Act as first point of migration of processes/tasks.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy and productivity targets are met.
- Routine communication and coordination with Process Experts and counterparts.
- Continuously monitor team performance aligned in the established KPIs.
- Encourage, coach, and train Process Experts and Associates for their professional and personal development.
- Assist the Managers in conducting periodic performance review session with the team members.
- Assess staff utilization and hiring possibilities to ensure that there is enough FTE to support the process.
- Supports the team with ad hoc requests and/or any reporting requirements as and when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Expertise in Cargo Wise One is required.
- At least 3 working experiences in SSC Setup
- In-depth expertise in the whole process assigned.
- Expertise in the ERP tool used.
- Intermediate to Advance MS Excel Skills
- People management Skills
- Clear and effective communication and listening Skills.
- Workload Management and Delegation
- Organized, analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving aptitude.
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a bigger structure.
