Dr. Max is building a Global Data Platform, a shared BI and data capability serving our entire Group across 6 countries. We are looking for a Domain Analyst to join our Product Management team and help us deliver consistent, high-quality analytical solutions across our data domains. The Role in a Nutshell: As a Domain Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of our product domains. You will act as the operational extension of a Product Manager, turning business intent into precise, domain-validated requirements and safeguarding consistency across the platform.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Impact Analysis: Perform detailed analysis for incoming requirements, covering the Business Glossary, Logical Model, and cross-domain dependencies.
- Requirement Guarding: Review and challenge domain requirements for completeness and alignment with the product vision.
- Quality Assurance: Act as the domain authority in quality gate reviews, ensuring solutions meet platform standards and data modeling methodologies.
- Data Governance: Maintain and enrich the Business Glossary to drive a common data language across the Group.
- Stakeholder Bridge: Partner with Product Managers, architects, and delivery teams to validate feasibility and domain fit.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience: 3+ years in a BI, data, or analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of dimensional/relational data modeling and solid SQL skills.
- Platform Knowledge: Experience with Databricks or similar modern data environments.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to decompose complex business problems into clear, actionable technical specifications and data mappings.
- Communication: Fluent English for daily collaboration across multiple countries.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
- Background in Retail or Pharma.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks or AI-assisted analysis.
