About the Opportunity

PARC Engineering is on the lookout for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a high-performing project team to assist with delivery of a construction project for a Tier 1 Client. This FIFO opportunity from Perth offers a 2:1 roster, long-term project stability and the chance to work with a respected contractor in the resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site
  • Coordinate plant, labour, materials, and subcontractors
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with project schedules and specifications
  • Promote and enforce site safety procedures and compliance
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and site inspections
  • Monitor productivity and provide regular progress reporting
  • Liaise with project management, engineers, and client representatives
  • Mentor and support crews to maintain a positive team culture

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor within mining, civil construction, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in detailed and bulk earthworks, drainage, concrete footings, formwork, steel fixing, placing of both insitu and precast concrete
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Sound understanding of WHS and quality requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in remote FIFO environments
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • S26 Modules and Exam
  • Relevant tickets and qualifications preferred
  • Valid Australian working rights
