Key Responsibilities 💪

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles & clients

* Build strong client relationships and understand hiring needs 🤝

* Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards & direct outreach 🔍

* Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls 🎤

* Coordinate interviews and offer processes 📅

* Negotiate offers and close placements 💰

* Build long-term talent pipelines 🧠

* Consistently hit weekly & monthly KPIs 🎯

What We’re Looking For 🧩

* 1+ year experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development

* Strong communication in Greek & English 🗣️

* A proactive, hunter-style mindset 🏹

* Ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines ⚡

* Confidence in managing clients & candidates

* Commercial awareness & target-driven attitude 💼

* Passion for people and closing deals 🔥
