About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Learning Content Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, supporting a major transformation program.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll create and refine high-quality learning content that enables our people to confidently adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project teams, and operational stakeholders to develop clear, practical, and user-friendly materials.

We welcome applications from candidates on Working Holiday Visas, particularly those with strong experience in content development, insurance, or financial services who are ready to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Developing end-to-end learning materials including knowledge articles, procedures, operational guides, and policy documentation.
  • Creating content from scratch based on system design, business requirements, and SME input.
  • Translating complex insurance processes and system functionality into clear, user-friendly learning content.
  • Reviewing and improving existing content for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Managing and maintaining content within knowledge management systems.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in learning/content development in a transformation or operational environment.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, structured content.
  • Experience working with insurance platforms (Guidewire or Duck Creek preferred).
  • Background in general insurance highly regarded.
  • Experience using knowledge management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
