Role Purpose

Support the delivery of high-quality technology project and transformation audits across AIA Group. Provide independent and practical insights to strengthen project governance, improve execution, and enhance delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead technology project audit engagements across major initiatives (e.g. system implementation, digital, data and transformation programmes).
  • Assess project governance, risk management, financial controls, data management and delivery progress across the project lifecycle.
  • Track audit findings and support timely closure of agreed actions.
  • Build strong working relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders, providing clear and constructive observations.
  • Contribute to annual audit planning and thematic reviews by identifying key risks across project portfolios.
  • Support continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools and templates.
  • Apply data analytics where relevant to enhance audit coverage and insights.
  • Provide practical and forward-looking recommendations to improve project delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Around 7 years of experience in IT audit, risk, consulting or IT Project delivery.
  • Good understanding of technology project governance and delivery lifecycle (e.g. SDLC, Agile or Waterfall).
  • Experience in large-scale projects or transformation programmes is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to present clear and concise insights.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related discipline.
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CIA, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is preferred.
