Precondo is looking for an Email Marketing Writer responsible for creating persuasive, conversion-focused email content. The role focuses on nurturing leads, increasing engagement, and supporting property marketing campaigns through well-structured email funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-converting email campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promotional emails).
• Develop subject lines optimized for open rates and engagement.
• Segment audiences and tailor messaging for different buyer personas.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with property listings and promotions.
• A/B test email copy and improve performance based on analytics.
• Maintain consistent brand tone across all email communications.

Qualifications
