Join Medartis, a global leader in orthopaedic medical devices, as we continue to expand the Keri Medical portfolio across Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and driven healthcare professional looking to build a career in orthopaedics. You'll work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, providing clinical support, training, and education for our innovative upper limb solutions, including the Keri Medical Touch CMC-1 Prosthesis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-theatre clinical support during surgical procedures
  • Previous operating theatre experience is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Deliver product training and education to surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and clinics
  • Support workshops and cadaver labs,
  • Identify opportunities to grow market adoption and achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborate with a national hybrid team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

About You

  • Confident, engaging, and comfortable working in operating theatre environments
  • Able to remain calm and composed in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
  • Curious, intelligent, and motivated to continuously learn and upskill
  • Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, allied health, nursing, physiotherapy, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel interstate
  • Ability to undertake occasional interstate travel as required
