This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and driven healthcare professional looking to build a career in orthopaedics. You'll work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, providing clinical support, training, and education for our innovative upper limb solutions, including the Keri Medical Touch CMC-1 Prosthesis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-theatre clinical support during surgical procedures
- Previous operating theatre experience is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided
- Deliver product training and education to surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and clinics
- Support workshops and cadaver labs,
- Identify opportunities to grow market adoption and achieve sales objectives
- Collaborate with a national hybrid team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
About You
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable working in operating theatre environments
- Able to remain calm and composed in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Curious, intelligent, and motivated to continuously learn and upskill
- Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, allied health, nursing, physiotherapy, or a related field
- Willingness to travel interstate
- Ability to undertake occasional interstate travel as required
