At Armasan, we are committed to delivering excellence in packaging solutions. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented International Export Sales Specialist to join our team in Cerkezkoy / Tekirdag.

Key Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
· Proven experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred.
· Fluency in English (a second language is a significant plus).
· Experience in managing CRM systems to track client interactions and sales pipelines.
· Proficiency in ERP systems (Canias experience is a preference) and MS Office.
· Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
· Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive process improvements.
· No restrictions for international travel and a valid Class B driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive the international sales and promote of Armasan products.
· Identify new market opportunities and expand our global client portfolio.
· Manage the end-to-end export process, from order entry to final delivery.
· Represent Armasan at international trade fairs, B2B events, and exhibitions.
· Develop and implement international marketing strategies based on market and competitor analysis.
· Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Management.
· Maintain a customer-centric approach, demonstrating strong follow-up and analytical skills.
