Overview
A global AI and analytics consulting organization is seeking a Client Success Principal Consultant to lead large-scale AI and Generative AI (GenAI) transformation programs for leading pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for driving delivery excellence, account growth, executive stakeholder management, and strategic AI adoption across enterprise functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Growth & Delivery: Own the delivery and growth of strategic pharmaceutical accounts, managing multi-million-dollar consulting and delivery engagements.
- AI Transformation Leadership: Lead enterprise AI and GenAI programs, including:
- Field force transformation
- Omnichannel analytics
- Next Best Action (NBA)
- Content tagging and automation
- Patient services optimization
- AI-powered field force copilot solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global delivery teams across AI, MLOps, LLMOps, cloud engineering, data science, and analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary executive contact for clients, managing senior stakeholder relationships and escalations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth initiatives.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: Manage account profitability, utilization, delivery quality, and commercial performance. Lead proposals, solution presentations, and business development discussions.
- Leadership & Influence: Guide cross-functional teams through indirect leadership and coaching. Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients while contributing to internal practice growth.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience delivering and scaling analytics and AI programs for Fortune 500 organizations within healthcare or life sciences.
- 10+ years of consulting experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise AI and GenAI initiatives.
- Cloud Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Executive Presence: Extensive experience engaging senior executives, including CIOs, SVPs, and VPs, with excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed, cross-functional teams and connecting technology solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high accountability.
