Job Description-
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead responsible for driving end-to-end technical design and delivery within a job rationalization / job architecture transformation project. The role involves leading data migration, integrations, reporting remediation, and configuration updates to support the new job structure
.Key responsibilities include
- :Manage HCM technical components including HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTB
- IDesign and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, and data mappin
- gLead reporting remediation and extract optimization aligned to updated job architectur
- ePerform configuration updates including Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Lookups, DFF/EFF, and workflow
- sOversee testing cycles including UT, SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure system stabilit
- yProvide technical leadership and ownership, ensuring solution quality and timely deliver
- yCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and mentor junior technical resource
- sThe role requires strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical areas, with the ability to handle large-scale transformation and system-wide impact across integrations, reports, and configurations
