Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Summer Intern role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Summer Intern will support property consultants with day-to-day activities, including organizing property listings, assisting with client inquiries, and coordinating property viewings. Responsibilities include updating internal databases, preparing basic market research summaries, and supporting the creation of marketing materials for online portals and social media. The intern will also help with document organization, filing, and scheduling, while learning about real estate best practices, local regulations, and transaction processes. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the UAE real estate market and exposure to both commercial and residential property operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Support lead generation and client outreach activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage and create content for social media platforms
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives
• Participate in client meetings and property marketing activities
Requirements
