Role Description

As a Junior Associate at Gargantiel & Associates, you will contribute to various legal tasks, such as conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and contracts, and reviewing documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also assist in client consultations and represent clients in hearings, mediations, or other legal proceedings. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Quezon City, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in drafting legal pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under deadlines
• Proficiency in legal and regulatory compliance requirements
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar and in good standing
• Experience in litigation or corporate law is an advantage but not mandatory
