About the Role

ELEK is building world-class electrical engineering software used in 50+ countries and we’re looking for an engineer who can help us explain, teach, and communicate complex power system concepts at a high level.

This is not a traditional design role.

You’ll work at the intersection of:

• Electrical power engineering
• AI-first workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Technical education and content
• Product and customer understanding

You will:

• Learn our software and underlying engineering deeply
• Break down complex calculations into clear explanations
• Write high-quality technical articles
• Create exceptional presentations and webinar content
• Produce technical videos (screen recordings, explainers)
• Use AI to significantly amplify your output
• Work directly with the CEO and senior engineers

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has ~1–3 years of power systems experience (or strong fundamentals)
• Writes clearly and thinks in structured ways
• Has strong presentation and visual communication skills
• Takes initiative and builds things without being asked
• Is highly fluent with AI tools (especially Claude)
• Enjoys teaching and explaining engineering concepts

This role is designed to grow into a leadership position (Head of Technical Content).
