Position Overview
The Manager, Corporate Accounting is responsible for all the accounting activities of Porsche Cars North America (PCNA), Porsche Logistics Services (PLS) and Porsche Cars Canada (PCL). Primary responsibilities include IFRS reporting for PCNA, PLS and PCL financial statements; routine reporting to North American senior management and parent company in accordance with IFRS Standards; support in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for all Porsche North America entities. Additional responsibilities include determining and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure financial statements are in line with current IFRS guidance. The Manager, Corporate Accounting, will implement, maintain and improve the internal controls over financial reporting and is the main counterpart for the auditors performing the quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Strong analytical, accounting and communication skills are necessary for this position. This role requires the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position reports to the Director, Corporate Accounting & Controlling. The Manager, Corporate Accounting, works closely with the CFO, operating executives and managers, and with the parent company. The role actively participates in the monthly close meetings with the CFO.
This role has management responsibilities over a team of accountants (overall team of 7 accountants) and to make sure that the team consistently delivers a high quality of work.

The salary range for this role is $135,000-$160,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
