Job Description

We are looking for a creative Junior Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling, broadcast design, and entertainment content. The role supports the creative team by producing high-quality design assets across broadcast, digital, social, marketing, and internal platforms.

Working closely with the Design Manager and senior designers, the Junior Designer will help develop clear, accurate, and brand-consistent creative work. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity for someone with strong design fundamentals, solid technical skills, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Design Manager, designers, creatives, producers, and stakeholders to deliver polished creative work
  • Design graphic assets for broadcast, digital, social, marketing, and internal communications
  • Create and adapt key visuals, channel graphics, and marketing materials across multiple formats
  • Contribute ideas and visual solutions within team brainstorms and creative discussions
  • Support campaigns by developing assets from briefs, supplied concepts, and brand toolkits
  • Ensure work follows brand guidelines and creative standards
  • Take feedback constructively and make revisions accurately
  • Manage several tasks at once while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Skills and Experience

  • Entry level to 2 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within media, entertainment, or a creative environment
  • A strong portfolio showing design fundamentals, including layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Fluent in English
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Collaborative, proactive, and positive in approach
  • Good understanding of brand application and strong attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with motion, presentation, or layout tools such as After Effects, PowerPoint, or InDesign
