Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Account Manager – Cloud Solutions to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B field sales, business development, and account management with a proven track record of selling multi-cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) across SBM, SMC, and Enterprise segments. The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos, expanding market presence in the Pune region, and developing long-term customer relationships while positioning cloud and IT infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue generation through B2B field sales activities in the Pune market.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new logo accounts across SBM, SMC, and Enterprise customers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Engage with key decision-makers, CXOs, IT Heads, and business stakeholders to understand their business and technology requirements.
- Promote and sell multi-cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and related IT services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, customer retention, and account growth.
- Create and present customized cloud transformation and digital modernization solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer engagement and solution deployment.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the organization's portfolio of IT solutions and services.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Cloud Sales, or Technology Solution Sales.
- Proven experience in field sales and hunting roles, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience selling multi-cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar cloud offerings.
- Strong exposure to SBM, SMC, and Enterprise customer segments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions.
- Experience working within the Pune market and having an established customer network will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
