Job Title: Data Engineer

Location (city, state): Remote - PST Hours

Compensation: $90k - 120k

We are hiring a senior Data Engineer / Data Scientist to lead the development of our centralized data environment. This is a hands‑on role responsible for architecting data infrastructure, building scalable pipelines, and transforming that data into analytics, reporting, and predictive models that support decision‑making across the organization, with a strong focus on marketing and multi‑location performance.

MUST HAVES:

• Snowflake

• AWS

• Advanced SQL development

• Multi-unit retail, franchise, or subscription-based business experience

• Strong understanding of same-store sales metrics and customer lifecycle analytics

• Marketing analytics experience

• Dashboarding and visualization experience

• Churn analysis and customer behavior modeling

• Experience leading or supporting enterprise data transformation initiatives involving multiple disparate data sources

NICE TO HAVES:

• Healthcare or wellness industry experience

• Experience building customer 360 platforms

• Experience with identity resolution / master data management

• Experience supporting franchise organizations

• Predictive analytics experience

• Data engineering exposure
