We are currently expanding our Data Analyst Talent Pool to connect highly skilled professionals with future international opportunities across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise teams.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced Data Analysts with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience building scalable applications in remote or fast-paced environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You May Be a Strong Fit If You

• Have 3-5 years of experience working with data
• Can write complex queries: joins, subqueries, window functions, aggregations
• Have working knowledge of advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning
• Can confidently work with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
• Can use Pandas, NumPy for data wrangling
• Understand distributions, correlations, and can avoid misleading chart choices
• Can handle missing values, duplicates, inconsistent formats systematically
• Can translate data findings into plain-language insights relevant to the business needs
• Can work independently in remote teams
• Have strong Git/GitHub collaboration experience
• Communicate clearly in English
• Have experience working with international clients or distributed teams
• Have an active GitHub, portfolio, or technical projects

Education and Nice-to-haves

• Bsc. In Statistics, Math, Economics or a related field
• Certifications (Google Data Analytics Certificate-Coursera, Python/R for Data Analysis
• Startup experience
