The Project Manager (Contractor) will oversee installation project timelines, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively manage milestones to ensure a seamless customer experience for the Revelyst Golf Technology, which includes iconic brands such as Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, and GolfLogix. This role will partner closely with the VP, Customer & Care Services to support successful execution and delivery of installation projects.
The Contractor will provide project management services that include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and tracking multiple installation projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, logistics, installation crews, and customer support to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitoring project timelines and proactively identifying risks, dependencies, or potential delays
- Providing regular project status updates and escalating issues as needed
- Ensuring all pre-installation requirements (equipment readiness, scheduling, site readiness) are completed on time
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, tracking, and reporting
- Supporting scheduling and logistics coordination for installation teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes related to project execution and delivery
Deliverables
- Up-to-date project plans and timelines for assigned installations
- Regular project status reports and risk assessments
- Accurate project documentation and tracking records
- On-time completion of installation milestones and handoffs
- Process improvement recommendations, as applicable
The Contractor should possess:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a contractor capacity with minimal oversight
- Experience supporting installation, construction, AV, or technology deployment projects
- Familiarity with logistics and operations coordination
- Interest in or knowledge of golf or sports technology (preferred, not required)
Term of Engagement & Hours
- Initial term: up to 6 months
- Estimated hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
