The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with clients by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for higher tier clients who require additional levels of engagement and business acumen. The position will proactively engage with clients to ensure they realize value from products and solutions, leading to both revenue retention and new revenue opportunities and growth. Critical to this role is connecting clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and improving the entire client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their main point of contact at Solovis.
- Drive renewals and retention — you'll own GRR and NRR metrics for your book.
- Proactively identify clients at risk of downsell or churn and develop a plan to address it before it becomes a problem.
- Partner with internal teams (product, implementation, support) to resolve client issues and communicate timelines.
- Build relationships at multiple levels within each client organization — including with senior stakeholders.
Why This Role
- Direct exposure to institutional investors (endowments, foundations, family offices) — a client base most people don't access until much later in their careers.
- Ownership of real metrics from day one: GRR, NRR, renewal rates.
- A small, high-performance team where your contributions are visible.
- Competitive compensation, fully remote, and backed by one of the most respected growth equity firms in software.
- A foundation you will build on the rest of your professional career.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role. Highly motivated entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Clear, confident communicator with professional polish.
- Organized and detail oriented. You can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
- A competitive, ownership-oriented mindset. You care about your clients' outcomes and your own numbers.
- Genuine curiosity about financial markets, institutional investing, or fintech is a strong plus.
