We're currently looking for a Project Manager Intern on a full-time basis. This is your chance to get a real behind-the-scenes look at the influencer industry – and build the foundation for a career in one of the most exciting spaces in marketing today.
Tasks
- Coordinating and overseeing product packing, labelling and dispatch for influencer seeding campaigns
- On-the-ground quality assurance with fulfillment partners – making sure every shipment meets brand standards in terms of product selection, quantities and presentation
- Tracking shipment status and proactively resolving delays or issues with logistics partners
- Maintaining accurate seeding lists, shipping records and campaign timelines
- Supporting the team in managing deliverables and task tracking across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Coordinating between internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track
- Preparing status updates, briefing documents and campaign reports
Qualifications
- Prior professional work experience – in an agency, e-commerce, logistics, events or a similar environment
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills – you don't let things slip through the cracks
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – this is our working language
- Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused when managing multiple priorities at once
- A proactive, hands-on attitude – you take initiative and follow through
- Familiarity with the influencer and social media landscape is a strong plus
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Asana, Google Suite or similar
