  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to support Group-level decision-making.
  • Evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and new market entries, from initial screening through to execution support.
  • Build financial models, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and the Chairman.
  • Work with portfolio company leadership to support alignment with Group priorities.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for board meetings, investor engagements, and executive discussions.
  • Track key strategic initiatives and support implementation across business units.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear strategic insights.
  • Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in international or emerging market contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • High level of ownership, intellectual rigor, attention to detail, and discretion.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment with significant autonomy and exposure to senior leadership.

Why Join Us

  • Work closely with Group leadership on strategic decisions across continents and sectors.
  • Be part of a purpose-driven group with a strong commitment to long-term impact.
  • Gain exposure to a unique mix of corporate strategy, M&A, real estate, venture investment, and development finance.
  • Join a growing international team based in Lisbon.
